A practitioner-led, international survey on how crisis, risk and emergency communication is evolving — across all world regions and sectors.
About This Survey
Most of the existing research and benchmarks in our field are heavily focused on a single country or region, often the United States. This project is different on purpose.
We are reaching out to practitioners across all world regions and sectors — corporate, government, public health, emergency services, humanitarian, NGOs and international organisations — to build a genuinely international picture of how crisis, risk and emergency communication is evolving.
We are particularly interested in how you experience an increasingly polycrisis environment: overlapping crises, fast-moving risks, AI-driven mis/disinformation, and growing pressure on systems and people.

Approximately 10–12 minutes, depending on how much you choose to write in the open questions.
Anonymity & Privacy
Participation is voluntary and anonymous. Results will only be reported in aggregated form so that no individual or organisation can be identified. Any email address provided is stored separately from survey answers.
