The Problem

You've read ISO 22361.
But will your plan survive a real crisis?

You know what Clause 8 says. You've mapped your stakeholders. You have a document somewhere with "crisis communication plan" in the title.

But when the data breach hits at 03:00 — when the social media storm explodes before your morning coffee — when the regulator calls and the CEO is in another time zone — will that document hold?

Most crisis communication courses teach theory in a classroom. You leave with a certificate and a slide deck. You don't leave ready.

The Solution

This workshop puts you
in the crisis room — on day one.

This is not a lecture. This is a 16-hour immersive implementation programme, mapped to ISO 22361 Clause 8, delivered face-to-face in major business centres worldwide.

Over two intensive days, you will navigate a live crisis simulation — "Operation ClearView" — with six real-time injects across five simulated channels. You will deliver a statement on camera. You will build a stakeholder map under pressure.

You will leave with a complete 90-day implementation roadmap, 50+ templates and tools, and the confidence that your plan works because you have already stress-tested it.

What Happens in 2 Days

Build the framework,
then feel the pressure.

Day 1 — Build the Framework, Then Feel the Pressure

09:00–10:30

Module 1: The Strategic Foundation

Clause 8.1+8.2 · Phase: Anticipate

Define your crisis communication objectives and governance framework.

10:45–12:15

15:00–17:00

Live Crisis Simulation — Phase 1: 'Operation ClearView'

Three injects in real time

A data breach announcement, a social media explosion, a CEO press conference demand.

09:00–10:30

Maintain message integrity across every channel.

13:15–14:30

Clause 8.9 · Phase: Sustain

Social media war-room exercise.

14:45–16:00

Live Crisis Simulation — Phase 2: Escalation

Three more injects

A regulatory inquiry, an employee leak, an activist campaign.

16:00–17:00

Module 7: Integration & 90-Day Implementation Planning

Phase: Restore

Debrief the simulation, extract lessons, build your implementation roadmap.

The Simulation

"Operation ClearView":
A crisis simulation built for real pressure.

A sophisticated cyber-attack hits a financial services firm. Customer data is compromised. The story leaks before you are ready. Every decision has consequences.

Six injects

Arriving unannounced across two days via simulated news bulletins, social media posts, internal comms channels, stakeholder phone calls, and direct leadership demands.

Role-assigned teams

Spokesperson, social media lead, internal comms, stakeholder liaison — every participant performs a function under pressure.

Structured debrief

After every phase: what worked, what collapsed, and what ISO 22361 Clause 8 says you should have done.
