Foundation Collection — Self-Paced
The fastest route into the core methodology. Focused, self-paced online courses covering the principles, tools, and practices that form the foundation of every higher-collection programme. Work through them at your own pace, revisit the material as many times as you need, and apply it immediately to your current context.
These are not introductory overviews designed for beginners. They are structured entry points into a professional-grade framework — delivered at the level of a practitioner who already has communication experience and wants to build specific, operational capability on top of it.

Practice Collection — Live Cohort
Live, facilitated sessions with a group of peers, sustained over several weeks. The difference between the Practice Collection and self-paced learning is not format — it is the quality of challenge. You work through scenarios in real time, your reasoning gets tested, and the facilitator can push back.
Groups are kept deliberately small. That is not a marketing claim — it is the number above which the quality of peer challenge drops. Smaller groups mean more facilitated attention per participant and higher-stakes exercise dynamics.

Transformation Collection — Face-to-Face
One to three intensive days for senior communication professionals, heads of communications, and leaders with direct crisis responsibility. Dubai-based with select international delivery.
The format is deliberately pressure-testing. You will work through high-fidelity simulation scenarios, receive individual coaching, and make decisions under conditions that closely replicate a real crisis situation. The point is not to demonstrate competence you already have. It is to identify the gaps before they appear under real pressure.

Bespoke Engagements
Custom-designed, fully bespoke work built around your organisation's specific risk landscape, sector context, team structure, and capability gaps. Not a standard programme with your logo on the cover — a programme built from your actual situation. This is the category for multi-day on-site work, corporate in-house delivery of any Academy programme, and anything that doesn't fit a fixed-price collection.
The process starts with a diagnostic conversation. We identify the gaps, assess your organisation's specific risk landscape and team structure, and design a programme — or a sequence of programmes — that addresses them directly. Delivery is on-site at your premises or at a neutral venue. Half-day to multi-day formats. Retainer relationships available for organisations that need ongoing readiness development.
